Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned MS D365 Retail expert to join our team on a contractual basis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in POS, MPOS, and CPOS modules, with a solid understanding of tokenization and payment integrations.

  • Design and implement solutions for tokenization, payment integrations, and refund processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored MS D365 Retail solutions.
  • Provide technical support, functional assistance, and end-user training to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail.
  • Ensure seamless integration of MS D365 Retail solutions with client systems and third-party applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in MS D365 Retail implementation and support.
  • Strong expertise in POS, MPOS, CPOS, and tokenization.
  • Proven experience in payment integrations and refund processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver within timelines.
