Key Position in Order-to-Cash Process

The ideal candidate will lead and support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, encompassing order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and customer returns. This is a key role that requires strong technical skills and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize SAP SD modules in both ECC and S4/HANA environments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions, driving business value through effective configuration.
  • Develop integration points with MM, FI, and LE modules, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Support the adoption of S4/HANA innovations such as Fiori apps, embedded analytics, and simplification items, promoting digital transformation.
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct rigorous testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring defect-free solutions.
  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
  • Document business processes and deliver training to end users, enhancing knowledge and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4/HANA implementations or support, with a strong understanding of configuration skills.
  • Excellent configuration skills in order types, pricing procedures, delivery, billing, and credit management.
  • Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI, LE), with experience in preparing functional specs and working with technical teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • SAP SD or S4/HANA certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori and S4/HANA simplifications, with exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodology.
  • Domain experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods, with knowledge of SAP CRM or SAP C4C.
