Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert-level consulting services for SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Real Estate Management (RE-FX). A strong emphasis will be placed on Lease Accounting (IFRS16) and SAP solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP FI / RE-FX – Lease In and Lease Out, with a focus on IFRS16 compliance.
  • Collaboration with internal and external teams to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and develop solutions.
  • Leading discussions and participating in the design and configuration of SAP solutions to meet business needs.
  • Creation of Business Process Documents, Key Data Structures, Functional Specifications, User Manuals, and Training Materials.
  • Application development of Real Estate Lease-in contracts with adherence to IFRS16, HGB, and Local GAAP valuation principles.
  • Conducting Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Data Migration activities.
Requirements and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Extensive experience in SAP FI / RE-FX with a focus on Lease Accounting (IFRS16).
  • Strong expertise in business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solutioning.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions and collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent technical skills in SAP solution design and configuration.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
