As a Placement Manager, you will be responsible for securing new clientele for student placements and internships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategize and achieve successful career outcomes for graduating classes through campus recruitment processes.
  • Achieve individual targets assigned for recruitment, internships, and live projects.
  • Support team members and convert new accounts through market outreach.
  • Plan corporate engagements, including guest lectures, workshops, and competitions.
  • Manage student career services, including counseling and interview preparation.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing, and Admissions teams, to achieve both career services and institutional objectives.
