Job Description

The Placement Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students. Key responsibilities include identifying top IT companies with strong brand recognition, developing strategies to engage with these companies, and promoting the benefits of recruiting students from the institution.

The Placement Manager coordinates meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students. They collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for company recruitment.

Employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events are organized by the Placement Manager to foster networking opportunities for students. Job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs are also coordinated to connect students with potential employers.

The Placement Manager stays updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students. Feedback from employers and students is collected to continuously improve placement processes.

Requirements
  • Preferred PG in any field.
  • Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in educational background.
  • Candidates with qualifications from reputed Universities will have an added advantage.
