Job Overview

The role of Payment Systems Lead focuses on driving efficiency and reliability in our technology infrastructure.

This position requires a strong understanding of payment systems, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

A successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining payment solutions that meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with IT functional and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into application design.
  2. Providing cross-functional knowledge to ensure optimal system solutions are chosen and delivered.
  3. Leading the effort to define, design, and maintain system solutions while ensuring data reliability, efficiency, and confidentiality.
  4. Performing project technical design reviews, conducting systems testing, and leading user acceptance testing to ensure business requirements and timeliness are met.
  5. Liaising with auditors to validate the quality and integrity of migrated data.
  6. Coordinating with the infosec/system auditors for conducting security testing/VAPT for Payments application and its infrastructure.
  7. Ensuring audit requirements, compliance requirements, and Infosys requirements are adhered to at the CBS level.
  8. Scheduling online meetings with stakeholders for data migration, performance testing, security testing, environmental setup, etc.
  9. Preparing project plans, senior management presentations, minutes of meetings, etc.
