**Job Title:** Lead ED & Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our India Domestic Core & Emerging Payment Rails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Ownership:
    • Monitor business drivers and revenues to make informed decisions.
    • Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
    • Ensure local go-to-market strategies align with product releases and commercialization plans.
    • Present Transaction Services' capabilities, roadmap, and vision to senior management.
  • New Products and Projects Delivery:
    • Manage multiple projects, prioritizing application design and technology to meet timelines.
    • Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders for product approvals and change management.
    • Work with regional product and technology teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements.
    • Identify strategic partnerships with fintechs and partner banks, and onboard new partners.
    • Prepare clear business requirements documentation and system design, development, and implementation.
    • Innovate tactical solutions to reduce time-to-market.
    • Partner with local technology providers to deliver bespoke solutions for clients.
  • Partnership with Sales/Relationship Teams:
    • Participate in key client pitches with sales and relationship teams.
    • Develop compelling pitch books highlighting Transaction Services' capabilities.
  • Operations & Network Management:
    • Review Standard Operating Procedures to ensure they meet product requirements.
    • Collaborate with partner banks and vendors for day-to-day delivery.
    • Assess payment system memberships.
  • Regulatory and Market Development Tracking:
    • Track regulatory circulars and announcements, evaluating their impact on products and processes.
    • Maintain relationships with regulators and clearing houses, advocating for updates and client use cases.
    • E nsure compliance with regulations impacting product portfolios.
    • Track market developments and conduct peer bank benchmarking for future product roadmaps.
    • Liaise with the legal team to design or modify client agreements.
    • Communicate product-related information to customers.
    • Collaborate with the onboarding team to implement major mandates.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Cultivate relationships with various regional and global teams as a subject matter expert for India capabilities.
    • Partner with control teams to ensure alignment between products, operations, and technology.
    • B uild and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders for building and commercializing Transaction Services products.
  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
    • Sound understanding of payment rails in India, including NEFT, RTGS, NACH, Cheques, IMPS, and UPI.
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
    • Prior experience in transaction banking product or techno-functional roles with a track record of working on complex projects is preferred.
