Job Title:

Technical Leadership in Payment Systems Infrastructure

Description:

As a seasoned technical leader, you will oversee the payment systems infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with settlement systems. Your expertise in designing and implementing robust technical solutions for complex payment processing challenges is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership to ensure 100% system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support 24/7 operation of critical payment systems.
  • Drive technological improvements and modernization initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, third-party service providers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in financial technology, including at least 5 years with SWIFT payment systems.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SWIFT standards, message types, and payment protocols.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams in a global financial institution.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience working with SWIFT Alliance Access/Entry, SWIFT integration tools, and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with payment systems & standards, SWIFT MT/MX message formats, ISO 20022 message standards, and payment processing workflows.
