Sr. Executive Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Executive to lead our electroplating operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various plating types, including alkaline zinc nickel plating, tin plating, and zinc plating.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the electroplating plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Plating Bath Management: Conduct regular testing and analysis of plating baths to ensure optimal bath performance and adjust chemical composition as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Shift Scheduling: Plan and coordinate shift schedules to ensure optimal production capacity and meet demands.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

A bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least 5 years of experience in electroplating operations, with a proven track record of success.

Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
