Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to lead the development of our data strategy and governance framework.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of experience in IT, with 8+ years in data architecture/engineering.
  • Strong expertise in large-scale, distributed data systems.
  • Deep experience in CPG/FMCG data use cases.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Governance

Develop a comprehensive data strategy and governance framework to ensure accurate and reliable data across the organization.

Modern Data Platforms

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of modern data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Kafka, to support real-time data processing and analytics.

AI/ML Enablement

Enable the use of AI and machine learning for personalization, forecasting, and analytics by developing and implementing data pipelines and architectures that support these technologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D, to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Leadership & Mentorship

Lead and mentor a high-performing data engineering team to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver high-quality results.
