Your Mandate

As Co-founder & Chief Business Officer, your role is to be the chief architect and evangelist of this advisor-first ecosystem:

  • Build the Community: Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and success of our advisor partners.
  • Architect the Partner Journey: Design and refine the entire lifecycle of our partners.
  • Champion the Movement: Be the public face and voice of our mission.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Shape all strategic decisions, from profit management to future product expansion.
Requirements

We are seeking a leader who has managed large profit and loss statements and has a track record of building teams that number in the hundreds or thousands:

  • 10+ years of experience building and leading high-performance distribution channels in insurance or financial services.
  • A proven architect of scale with an unshakeable entrepreneurial spirit.
