Job Title: Chief Backend Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative leader to oversee the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of experienced developers, providing technical guidance and conducting regular code reviews.
  • System Architecture: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using C# and the .NET framework.
  • API Development: Architect, build, and maintain APIs for mobile applications, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.
  • Cloud Platform Management: Work within the Azure platform to deploy, manage, and monitor backend services, optimizing for cost, scalability, and reliability.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Implement containerization using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions.
  • Solution Evaluation: Conduct technical evaluations of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, architectural standards, and project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Backend Development Experience: Proven experience in backend development with C# and .NET.
  • Leadership and Mentoring Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Cloud Computing Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of API design, cloud architecture, and data storage solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
