About This Role:
This position plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our digital presence through strategic performance marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, display, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
- Launch and manage day-to-day campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization for key metrics such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, click-through rate, and lifetime value.
- Analyze campaign data to generate insights and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Design and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, messaging, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to refine attribution models and improve understanding of customer journeys.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and data privacy regulations.
- Manage external agency partners and mentor junior performance marketing team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of managing and scaling paid digital campaigns.
- Strong expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across major digital channels.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
