About the Role

This Corporate Sales role plays a critical part in driving business growth through active engagement with corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their risk profiles, and offering tailored insurance solutions that align with their business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering customized solutions.
    2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  2. Sales Target Achievement:
    1. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients.
    2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  3. Market Analysis and Prospecting:
    1. Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and market trends relevant to the insurance industry.
    2. Prospect new clients, analyze their risk profiles, and create compelling insurance proposals tailored to their needs.
  4. Presentation and Negotiation:
    1. Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, explaining insurance solutions and negotiating policy terms and conditions to secure deals.
    2. Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to negotiate favorable terms on behalf of clients.
  5. Documentation and Compliance:
    1. Ensure accurate and complete documentation of policies, contracts, and client information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    2. Adhere to all legal and compliance standards while handling client transactions and business operations.
Requirements:
  • Sales Acumen:
    • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
    • Understanding of the insurance market, products, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  • Communication and Influencing Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, influence decisions, and build rapport.
    • Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Client-centric approach to service and relationship management.
    • Active listening skills to understand client requirements and concerns.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning:
    • Strategic thinking to identify long-term business opportunities and formulate effective strategies.
    • Ability to develop and execute action plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including building relationships, negotiation, and presentation.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior experience in corporate sales or a similar role are required.
