About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate tie-ups and onboarding corporates for various insurance solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance brokers. They will also be responsible for creating and developing revenue-generating partnerships with specific channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving corporate tie-ups and onboarding corporates for providing various insurance solutions.
- Maintaining relationship with clients and Insurance brokers and driving sales through them.
- Create and develop revenue generating partnerships on specific products with specific channels.
- Developing customized promotional techniques to cater to specific channel partners.
- Collaborating with underwriters, product development and operations to develop strategic sales initiatives.
- Developing a higher top line and minimizing loss ratios on a quarterly basis.
- Organizing events and activities for various channel partners and stakeholders.
