About the Role

Our organization seeks a motivated ESG Reporting Specialist to support the development of our ESG and sustainability reporting product.

The specialist will work closely with the product, sustainability, and data teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for corporate reporting and ESG compliance.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research & Framework Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of ESG standards, including BRSR, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.
  • Data & Reporting Support: Assist in structuring ESG data collection and reporting templates, as well as supporting the development of GHG emission (Scope 1, 2, 3) accounting workflows.
  • Product Support: Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective and collaborate with the product team to test and validate ESG data workflows.
  • Documentation & Communication: Prepare summaries, presentations, and insights on ESG frameworks and support internal knowledge base creation for sustainability compliance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance.
