Key Responsibilities:

  • Climate Leadership: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless collaboration and strategic growth.
  • ESG Development: Design and implement comprehensive ESG frameworks that align with global reporting standards, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Carbon Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for scalable carbon offset solutions, driving business growth and sustainability.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent our organization as a subject matter expert on ESG and climate-related matters, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients and stakeholders.

Ideal Background:

  • Education: Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Policy, Economics, or related field. Advanced degrees/certifications (MBA, CFA ESG, GHG Accounting, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years in ESG, sustainability consulting, carbon markets, or corporate sustainability strategy. Experience in tech-driven ESG products is a plus.
  • Strong Understanding: Extensive knowledge of Scope 3 measurement frameworks and emission factor databases.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex ESG concepts into actionable solutions, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passionate about climate action and AI-driven innovation, with a strong desire to pioneer new ideas and drive business growth.
