Responsibilities

  • Manage IT infrastructure services, preferably in an outsourcing or managed services setting.
  • Experience with Sterling file gateway, Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct.
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux and knowledge of protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS, S3, and Pesit.
  • Certificate renewals, disaster recovery for applications, and effective management of MTS services.
  • Project management, cost control, budgets, automation best practices, and incident, change, request, and release management.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Engineering graduate, MCA, or Computer Science Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
