Lead Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying influencers for campaigns, reaching out to them, securing commercials, negotiating costs, and executing the campaign.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with influencers through personalized communication, leading negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations, and collaborating with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders. You should also have demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.

In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout campaigns and analyzing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. You will generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Influencer Identification: Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to find influencers who align with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
  • Proactive Outreach and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations.
  • Content Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless integration of influencer campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout campaigns and analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree: In Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated skills: Negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.
  • Proficiency: Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools.
