Influencer Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing landscape and be able to think creatively to stay ahead of trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet the needs of the brand, set realistic goals for the campaign, ideate and implement the campaign with credible creators, and identify impactful and innovative campaigns to stay ahead of trends.
- Data Analysis and ROI: Monitor data and consumer insights in parallel, create quarterly roadmaps, execute approved roadmaps, trend forecasting, and event reports.
- Client Relations and Brand Development: Ensure 100% client retention, track new and upcoming SMEs, creators, etc., meet talent agencies once a month, develop and foster relationships with brands and third parties on behalf of the organization, leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities, and liaise with the PR team to create cross-channel strategies.
- Contract Management and Invoicing: Negotiate contracts, maintain timely invoicing and payouts, sign contracts, and maintain all other paperwork.
- Thought Leadership and Research: Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness, keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities, conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries, demarcate lists based on Gen-Z, Gen-Alpha (if needed), buzz, brand building, and sales, and maintain a resource bank of talent agencies, stylists, and like.
- Team Contribution: Motivate the team and encourage a friendly, open work environment, maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed, and ensure proper documentation across all initiatives.
