As a Brand & Influencer Onboarding Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our influencer and brand marketing initiatives.
About the Role- This is a mid-level execution role ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on experience in content coordination, and a solid understanding of influencer culture.
You will identify, outreach, and onboard influencers and content creators, coordinating communication, follow-ups, and content tracking. You will also assist in pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns, including styling assistance, prop management, location setup, and liaison with vendors.
Your Key Responsibilities- Influencer Identification and Onboarding: Identify potential influencers and content creators to partner with, developing relationships and negotiating terms.
- Content Coordination: Assist in planning, producing, and publishing content across various channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute brand-led events, pop-ups, or influencer gatherings, handling vendor coordination, setup, and event-day assistance.
- Content Management: Maintain organized records of influencer content, shoot footage, and usage rights for internal documentation and marketing use.
- A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support.
- A strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, social trends, and branding.
- Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events.
- Good organizational and logistical management skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
