Content Creator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to join our Influencer Marketing team.

About the Position:

This role is responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with audiences across social media platforms.

  • Develop engaging, platform-specific content for influencer campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create campaign messaging, taglines, scripts, captions, and briefs tailored to brand and influencer tone
  • Collaborate with the influencer management team to develop creative directions and campaign ideas
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance in all influencer content
  • Brainstorm fresh, trend-led concepts to maximize audience engagement
  • Edit and refine influencer submissions for clarity, tone, and brand alignment

Requirements:

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in influencer marketing, digital, or social media content
  • Strong command of English (and additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to adapt writing style to match different influencer voices and brand tones
  • Creative thinker with sharp storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working under tight timelines and multiple campaigns
  • Collaborative mindset to work with creative, brand solutions, and influencer management teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience writing short-form social-first content (memes, reels, shorts)
  • Knowledge of influencer/creator ecosystem
  • Understanding of SEO and digital content trends
