Job Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner who will oversee planning, management, and execution of all order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.

  • Update daily production build plans with new updates.
  • Validate weekly slotting tool and build plans.
  • Approve orders, manage tool and option orders, and troubleshoot invoice issues.

Work closely with production, engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage shortages and material expediting.
  • Support shipping department with proper packing and shipment of orders.
  • Manage spare part allocation and shipment.
  • Support finance/AP processes including customer returns and invoice troubleshooting.

  • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, resourceful, creative, results-oriented, and decisive
  • Comfortable with significant autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and two to five years prior work experience in supply chain management or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
