**Job Title:** Digital Solutions Sales Manager
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
Ensure effective training and use of our tech products within external and internal teams through TLC Tech Adoption at the Hotel.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Identify opportunities to promote programs and generate promo codes in various markets.
Engage product promotion with department heads and client teams, highlighting benefits, usage, applicability, training, and ongoing interest.
Leverage technology and digital initiatives with local hotel teams under guidance from TLC Marketing.
Organize organic posts, participate in events, and enhance visibility through collaterals and displays.
Create wedding and conference hashtags for reporting and hotel team involvement in key initiatives.
Program marketing and partnership creation through direct sales, corporate partnerships, hotel sales, and data opportunity gathering.
Utilize various partnership tools like curated memberships, digital campaigns, promo codes, and escalations management.
Manage sales managers, including recruiting, training, oversight, and presence in hotels, ensuring renewal conversion and new sales per person.
Contact centre management, encompassing recruiting, training, team oversight, and performance monitoring.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A self-driven go-getter with initiative and the ability to think outside the box.
- 3-5 years of experience in software services sales, preferably in hospitality technology or a related industry.
- Fair to strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, guest services, and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingsness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in sales and training of hospitality technology solutions, such as property management systems, point-of-sale systems, guest experience platforms, or related products.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,000,000 annually based on location and experience.
