**Regional Channel Manager for Fixed Income Securities**

The Regional Channel Manager for Fixed Income Securities will play a crucial role in facilitating deals for our Sales Team. The goal is to achieve the planned annual Secondary Bonds Volume Target by identifying new opportunities and sharing information with the team on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of Secondary Bonds and Fixed Income Securities, as well as domain knowledge in understanding market pulse, trade knowledge, and B2B Channel relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving planned annual Secondary Bonds Volume Target by identifying new opportunities and sharing information with the team.
  • Providing clarifications and required support to the team about Bond sourcing, process to be followed, and assistance in deal closures.
  • Sourcing of Secondary Bond rates from various market participants and preparing quotes.
  • Sharing Bond quotes with the team on a daily basis.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with multiple stakeholders. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications is a must.
