
Technology Partner Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team and serve as the co-captain in technology go-to-market for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling strategic partner relationships, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, to drive joint business growth.
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), with a specific focus on the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Co-Selling & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
- Program Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partner initiatives with client objectives.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- An outcome-oriented and go-getter mindset.
