Job Title: Senior Technology Strategist

Jesus Calls, a global prayer ministry with 104 Prayer Towers across India, is seeking an innovative leader to drive technology innovation and integration. This role demands a forward-thinking professional who can oversee software projects, manage infrastructure, and integrate emerging technologies for greater outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Innovation:
    • Develop strategic plans for technology adoption and digital transformation.
    • Oversee software projects, mobile apps, and web platforms.
    • Manage API integrations, cloud-based platforms, websites, and mobile apps for seamless user experience.
  • IT Infrastructure & Operations:
    • Supervise IT infrastructure teams for cloud and on-premise server management, networks, and telecom systems.
    • Ensure high uptime, scalability, and minimal call drops of Tele Prayer Tower systems.
    • Implement IT asset management and vendor negotiations for cost-effective solutions.
  • Cybersecurity & Surveillance:
    • Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect prayer data and donor/partner information.
    • Set up and manage cloud-based CCTV surveillance systems across 104 Prayer Towers, integrating live feeds into a central monitoring dashboard.
  • Database & Analytics:
    • Lead database management teams for high-performance, secure, and scalable systems.
    • Design data-driven dashboards for partner engagement and outreach metrics.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT team across India.
    • Partner with leadership teams to enable technology-driven solutions.
