Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager with experience in managing product development and implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Leverage customer data to uncover trends and measure product performance.
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Product Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage the full lifecycle from concept to implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation.
Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain workflows.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and IoT systems.
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions).
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and design optimized solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with capability to validate KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
