Technical Services Manager

As the Technical Services Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can build strong relationships with government organizations, project managers, and design architects to promote our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empanelment and Specification Inclusion: Identify opportunities for empanelment and specification inclusion of our products in government organizations, project management committees, and design architect firms.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Project Prospect Bandwidth: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential projects that align with our business objectives.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Product Penetration: Develop and implement plans to increase product penetration in existing and new markets.
  • Concrete Mix Design Solutions: Provide expert advice on concrete mix design solutions to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Approval: Conduct trials and obtain approvals for our products from prospective customers and project sites.
  • Customer Retention: Optimize concrete trials to resolve customer complaints and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
