Job Title:

A key role within our team is required to connect design, production, and sales. The position involves overseeing product development from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

About Us:

We are a fast-growing activewear brand focused on delivering high-performance, stylish apparel for fitness enthusiasts. With in-house manufacturing, we pride ourselves on quality control, speed, and design innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production process, including material sourcing, sample coordination, product costing, quality assurance, production reporting, cross-functional coordination, production planning, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Material Sourcing & Sample Coordination:
    • Work closely with the design team to develop samples, organize fabric and trim procurement, and monitor production issues.
    • Liaise directly with the production team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Product Costing and Efficiency Management:
    • Develop and manage product pricing strategies and cost controls.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular quality checks at key production stages and implement corrective measures.
  • Production Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate production tracking documents and provide timely updates to relevant teams.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Collaborate with design, sales, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines and material availability.
  • Production Planning & Follow-up:
    • Manage the production schedule from development through bulk manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery of seasonal collections and special projects.
  • Technical Documentation:
    • Ensure all technical specifications are complete, accurate, and communicated to the production floor.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in apparel production merchandising, preferably in activewear or sportswear segments.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes.
  • Hands-on experience working in in-house manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel in particular) and production tracking systems.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate across design, production, and sales teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of innovative practices and raw material vendors in activewear production is a plus.
