Job Title: Senior Product Leader for Digital Payment Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Leader to lead the development and execution of our digital payment solutions. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through innovative product strategies.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization and EMVCo standards, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative products that meet customer needs
  • Manage product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success

Requirements:

Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital payment products

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
