Senior Product Specialist

We're looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join our Product Organization department as a Senior Product Analyst.
The successful candidate will work closely with Scrum Teams to implement vision and strategy for one or more of our supply chain products, transforming features into actionable product backlogs and implementing them with the team.
About the Role:- As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for becoming an expert on one of our supply chain technologies and services solutions, effectively describing features and problems in Epics and User Stories, and refining them with Scrum teams.
- You will prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements, and serve as a liaison between Client Support and Scrum teams.
- Expertise in Agile development environments and ability to drive product development forward.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Scrum teams, Client Support, and other stakeholders.
- 4+ years of related experience in software development, product management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
