Job Title: Sales and Cashier Representative

About the Role

This is a full-time position as a sales and cashier representative. The candidate will be responsible for managing cash transactions, generating invoices, and reconciling payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate bills and invoices specific to customers based on their requirements.
  • Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional services.
  • Reconcile all payments with invoices on a daily basis.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to identify outstanding accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Generating sales orders after getting a detailed understanding of customer requirements and preferences.
  • Managing petty cash and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Identifying inconsistencies in transactions or pricing in ERP and reporting them to the management.
  • Regularly updating receivables specific to customers and resolving any queries or issues.
  • Answering customers' queries and addressing problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Submission of all cash collected to the concerned authority at the end of each day.
  • Reconciliation of all payments received at the end of each day.
  • Preparing and submitting daily sales reports to the accounts team for review and analysis.
  • Generating monthly and quarterly reports and presenting them to the reporting authority.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com).
  • Understanding of accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP.
  • Strong computational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to be productive without direct oversight and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Robust written and communication skill set.
  • Basic understanding of office software and machinery.

  • One year of experience as a billing executive at a large retail store.
  • Understanding of relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Passion for numbers and financial data.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
