Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, answering questions about products and providing assistance as needed.

  • Customer Interaction: We are looking for a person who can greet customers with a smile and answer any questions they may have about our products.

  • Transaction Processing: The successful candidate must be able to scan items accurately, calculate totals, accept payments, and issue receipts in a timely manner.

  • Cash Handling: Cash handling is an essential part of this role. You will be responsible for managing the cash drawer, ensuring correct change is given, and balancing the cash register at the end of shift.

  • Returns and Exchanges: If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, you must process their request according to our store policy.

 

Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, basic math skills for accurate calculations, and attention to detail to prevent errors.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: You must be able to provide top-notch customer service to ensure that our customers leave the store feeling satisfied with their experience.

  • Basic Math Skills: This role requires basic math skills to perform calculations accurately and efficiently.

Key Skills:

We are looking for someone who has experience in billing and cashier roles, with strong retail distribution skills and the ability to handle cash efficiently.

  • Billing: Experience in billing and payment processing is essential for this role.

  • Cashier: As a cashier, you will be responsible for scanning items, calculating totals, accepting payments, and issuing receipts.

  • Retail Distribution: Strong knowledge of retail distribution practices is necessary to succeed in this role.

  • Customer Handling: You must have excellent customer handling skills to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
