
Digital Debt Collection CRM Specialist

We are a leading company in the digital debt collection industry, leveraging AI-driven technology to revolutionize our operations. As a detail-oriented and data-driven professional, you will have the opportunity to own and optimize our sales and customer success technology stack.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes CRM systems, loves creating order out of chaos, and gets excited about helping teams work smarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, customize, and optimize our HubSpot system to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and more efficient.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
- Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
- Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention metrics.
- Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you love data and details.
- Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
