Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the CRM system, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer data, identify trends, and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience.
