Strategic Vice President of Cross-Sell Initiatives

DMI Finance Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Vice President of Cross-Sell Initiatives to drive business growth and optimize risk management across its entire portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving cross-sell policies and initiatives in lending organizations or credit cards, with a strong understanding of associated nuances and risk performance.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Optimization: Build X Sell capabilities for the entire portfolio, including partner base X-sell and direct-to-customer X-sell, while optimizing risk and approvals to achieve organizational business objectives.
- Cross-Sell Program Development: Devise and drive different cross-sell programs leveraging existing digital assets to promote credit-healthy business growth.
- X-Sell of Lending Products: Focus on X-selling lending products acquired through the payment subsidiary of DMI Finance Private Limited.
- Segmentation
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to slice heterogeneous portfolios into homogeneous segments.
- Determine product-market fitment for designing X sell policies for Personal Loans, Consumption Loans, and Business Loans.
- Base Identification
- Help identify the right base from risk and conversion perspectives.
- Work closely with Data Science teams to implement the X Sell model for PL, CL, and Business Loans.
- Blend different sources of intelligence and propose frameworks for differential strategies, including determining the right rate of interest, offer, product, channel, time, etc., to different segments.
- Collaborate with Product and X Sell Consumer Insights teams to drive the X Sell practice for the organization.
- Experimentation
- Conduct controlled experiments and A/B tests on Cross Sell programs.
- Fine-tune cross-sell strategies to achieve pointed targets.
- Study consumer behavior by performing price elasticity and sensitivity analyses.
- Best Practices and Process
- Set KPIs, introduce analytical frameworks, and best cross-selling practices used in the BFSI industry.
- Automation
- Work closely with Product, Technology, and Data Science teams.
- Automate various algorithms and steps in the cross-sell journey to achieve desired scale and efficiency.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience, with 7-8 years driving cross-sell policies and initiatives in lending organizations or credit cards.
- Strong understanding of cross-sell-associated nuances and risk performance.
- Excellent communication skills and superior stakeholder management skills.
