Talentiser is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President Marketing to drive our marketing strategy forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital marketing at Talentiser. We are looking for an innovative leader who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals and growth objectives.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a seasoned marketer to take on a leadership position within our company. As Vice President Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our marketing team, defining our vision, and driving the development of scalable and innovative solutions both digitally and offline. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and growth objectives.
  • City-Wise Expansion Planning: Create and implement city-specific marketing plans to support rapid expansion across different regions.
  • Marketing Playbook Development: Build a robust marketing playbook to ensure consistent and effective marketing practices across all cities which leads to faster acquisition and good recall value for the brand.
  • Creative Campaigns: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns aimed at both customer retention and acquisition, tailored to different market segments.
  • Category Adoption: Drive category adoption within the app through targeted marketing initiatives and user engagement strategies.
  • Supplier-Led Marketing: Develop and manage marketing strategies that effectively promote suppliers and their products, enhancing supplier engagement and sales.
  • Brand Building: Elevate the brand through innovative marketing campaigns, ensuring strong brand recognition and market presence.
  • Digital + In-app Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts + Inapp marketing campaigns.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure success and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of offline/traditional & online marketing and a proven experience leading marketing teams in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should have experience working and scaling in E-commerce or Inventory driven business, as well as building and scaling large-scale distributed systems. Additionally, they should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
