Protecting Customers Data Security Expert

We're seeking a skilled endpoint security expert to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for protecting our customers' data and networks from complex threats.
Responsibilities:
- Manage endpoint protection platforms to ensure optimal security settings are applied to each customer's unique needs.
- Conduct proactive testing of new product features and agent versions, as well as threat hunting within the admin console.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage support cases, updates, and troubleshoot issues that may arise in customers' environments.
- Support on-call schedule for the endpoint security team and conduct knowledge-share and training for the GSOC team on endpoint protection updates.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience working with advanced endpoint protection tools such as Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, Cylance, and SentinelOne.
- Experience working in a security operations center and conducting security analysis and incident response skills specifically related to endpoint security threats.
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of corporate IT environments: networking, cloud, etc.
