Job Description

As a Data Security Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data security solutions using Microsoft Purview. This role involves protecting sensitive information for our organization and diverse clientele.

You will work closely with various teams to integrate data security measures into their operations, drive requirements and improvements, and establish yourself as a subject matter expert in data security.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's data protection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement data security solutions using Microsoft Purview.
  • Develop and maintain data security policies, procedures, and controls in line with global data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of data security measures.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with data security regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance on data security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

For this role, we are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Purview.
  • Mastery in Microsoft Purview and its integration with other Microsoft services.
  • Deep understanding of data security principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with global data privacy regulations.
  • Strong understanding of Sensitive Infotypes, Custom and Trainable Classifiers, Records Management, and Data Lifecycle Management concepts.
