Job Title: Confidentiality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Confidentiality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that protect sensitive information.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of secure products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks to customer data.
  • Develop and implement effective privacy risk assessments to inform business decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance on data protection regulations and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Solution Development: Design and implement technical solutions to protect sensitive information, including data encryption, access controls, and audit trails.
  2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in products and services, and develop mitigation strategies to address these risks.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the development of secure products and services.
  4. Data Protection Guidance: Provide expert guidance on data protection regulations and industry best practices to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in software development, data encryption, access controls, and audit trails.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
