The Lead Commercial Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the base metals strategy in India. Key responsibilities include heading trade operations, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, devising business strategies for achieving a leading position in the Indian base metal industry, and building and nurturing a team of professionals.
Job Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Base Metals value chain
- Commercial expertise in trade operations
- Strong network of customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in hedging mechanisms across MCX, LME, and other platforms
- Team Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate should have at least 20 years of experience in the base metals industry or equivalent experience post-Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
