Our team is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Representative to join our organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Provide solutions to client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the relationship-building process.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
- Meet performance targets set by management for call handling, sales conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
