The Regional Category Lead plays a pivotal role in driving mission-critical initiatives by leading the expansion of education services across regions. This includes acquiring and onboarding new partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Drive expansion efforts through strategic partnerships, leveraging market dynamics to ensure growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, building strong relationships based on understanding of stakeholder needs and market trends.
- Foster growth through targeted engagement initiatives, regional brand-building efforts, and performance monitoring.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless transition to relevant teams.
- Ensure timely collections, track key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
- 8-10 years in business development, with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-regional sales solution delivery and successful leadership of high-performing teams is required.
- Excellent skills in business development, negotiation, and closing deals are essential.
- Ability to travel across territories/regions is necessary.
