Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end sales, business development, and operational excellence in a pharmaceutical/life sciences environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive P2P sales for new/existing molecules, secure new clients, and expand market reach.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact, ensuring long-term relationships and compliance resolution.
  • Oversee PO-to-dispatch processes, collaborating with SCM, QA/QC, R&D, and IP teams.
  • Manage product launches (including patented molecules) and align with market demands.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Business (MBA/MSc preferred).
  • 10 + years in P2P, B2B Sales, or Operations (Pharma/Biotech background ideal).
  • Strategic leadership, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and customer-centric approach.
