We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our initiatives in the pharmaceutical human health sector.

This pivotal role requires a focus on B2B marketing and contract manufacturing, particularly in oral liquids and nutraceuticals.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in multinational corporate environments, with a demonstrated track record of success in generating new B2B orders and selling developed products within the human pharmaceutical industry.

A minimum of 8 to 20 years of progressive experience in business development within the human pharmaceutical industry, specifically in multinational corporations is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and strategize business development activities in the pharmaceutical human health sector with a specific focus on oral liquids and nutraceuticals
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the B2B market, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry

The position will be based in our Corporate Office, Secunderabad. Out-stationed candidates should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad if selected.

Candidate should have relevant experience especially in OSD - Formulations in Liquids, Syrups, Tablets etc.

We require a Master's degree in business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

A strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and product development in the pharmaceutical industry is required.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

A proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies in the pharmaceutical sector is necessary.
