Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Human Resources

We are seeking a seasoned candidate with 4-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role.

Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the real estate sector.
  • Handle employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Craft and implement HR policies across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration, as well as ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Handle audits and reporting as needed.
  • Promote a positive organisational culture and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws specific to the real estate sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and performance issues.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
