Job Description

The role of a Customer Service Specialist is multifaceted, involving the management of customer queries across various channels. This includes responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.

  • Manage customer interactions with prompt, professional, and empathetic responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and operations to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Assist in developing customer service standards and policies that align with business objectives.
  • Closely coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to established service protocols.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with other departments to facilitate smooth information flow and material coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Possess a graduate degree in a relevant field with some knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  2. Have 2-3 years of post-graduation experience; experience in sales/marketing and healthcare/medical devices/service order management industries is preferred.
  3. Be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, SAP, and Outlook.
  4. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Exhibit effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a proven ability to contribute significantly to the business.
  6. Display a team-oriented approach with a solution-focused attitude.
