About This Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated professional to oversee high-end corporate office interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and coordinate project timelines in alignment with design & client requirements, guaranteeing timely delivery.
  • Maintain quality standards and adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications, upholding our commitment to excellence.
  • Monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance to ensure smooth project execution, mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for effective communication, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Track project budgets, materials usage, and report cost deviations, making informed decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements at the site, prioritizing employee well-being and environmental sustainability.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide swift, effective solutions, minimizing disruptions and maximizing productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in managing high-end corporate office interior projects, demonstrating expertise and dedication.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards, staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams, leveraging your leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, enabling seamless project execution.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and relevant software, such as AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work full-time at the project site, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
