Job DescriptionRole Overview

This role includes assisting the sales team, playing a crucial part in the department's success by providing administrative support, prospecting new clients, and managing existing accounts. Key duties include scheduling appointments and meetings, updating client information, creating proposals and contracts, and monitoring sales reports while tracking overall sales activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing sales proposals, and conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records and reports.
  • Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and communication tools.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
Daily Tasks
  • Ensure daily pick-up updates are sent.
  • Compile and distribute the DSR report daily.
Weekly Tasks
  • Collate and distribute a comprehensive DSR report each week.
  • Collect and share the team's sales call plan for the upcoming week.
  • Prepare and share MICE updates on a weekly basis.
  • Send MICE updates to the respective DOSMs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Month-End Reports
  • Gather and submit data specific to each hotel.
  • Consolidate a comprehensive DSR for the month.
  • Update and review the month-end data for accounts and contacts in SFA.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management skills.
Estimated Salary

₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum.
